All sales are final. If your item is damaged in any way upon arrival, we will gladly send you a replacement. You have up to 3 days after receiving your item in the mail to file for a replacement. After this 3 day period, your item is no longer eligible for a replacement, but may be eligible for partial store credit.
Note: All international orders are final and cannot be returned or exchanged. Customer is responsible for duties and taxes on international orders.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
To start a return, you can contact us at email@example.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards. Items that have size charts in the description are not eligible for size exchanges, it is up to you to choose the correct size according to the measurements provided.
